If you are struck by the beauty of a thought or an idea, just having ventured into
Tomorrow in the Battle Think on Me's world, do not bother to highlight! It is with high probability that you are going to read this exact same thought or idea further on. It may sound exciting the first time around and affirmative the second, but by the third it just becomes irksome. I think I have never come across a book so repetitive in my life.
I know now what common denominator highly awarded authors have (Pamuk being my main point of reference here) - they all seem to be trying too hard to dress to impress. For what it's worth, I consider Zafón the better Spanish writer.
That being said, I did like the book. Only I can't put my finger on why.
